Arkansas junior Nikki Hiltz placed second in the fast section of the women's 1,500 meters in a personal-best 4:12.71 at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific University. Hiltz, who lowered her personal best by eight seconds, ran the fastest time by an American this year, produced the top mark by an NCAA Division 1 runner and clocked the fourth-fastest performance in the world.
